Our Vendors

The relationships we have developed with small locally owned manufacturers translate into a better experience for our customers because we have a direct line to the factories themselves. Dealing with large corporate suppliers who may in fact not care about the end user can be a very different experience from dealing with a local manufacturer who genuinely wants the end user (YOU) to be satisfied.

 

Delivery and Removal

We offer delivery and removal at all of our locations. Each store has its own delivery team and you can contact individual stores for more information on delivery services. More information is available on individual location pages.

 

Warranty and Comfort Exchange

In the event of a warranty issue or comfort exchange, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide transportation of the product. Warranties are determined mattress by mattress and are serviced by each manufacturer using our store as a go-between.

60 Day Comfort Exchange

NW Mattress offers 1 (one) comfort exchange, but no refunds.

Eligibility Requirements

A mattress protector is required for any comfort exchange and must be purchased in our store before the mattress is delivered. Items under $299 do NOT include any comfort guarantee.

When can I make the exchange?

The 60 day comfort exchange can be activated 30 days after delivery or pick-up. It can take 30 days for your body to acclimate to the new sleep set, so it is important that you sleep on it for those first 30 days. The box spring or foundation is not included in the comfort exchange. In the second half of the 60 day period you are able to exchange an eligible mattress (purchased with a protector and in excess of $299) for a credit toward a different mattress in our store. If you choose a less expensive mattress, we do not refund the difference.

 

Online Store

Our online catalog and store does not accept immediate online payments. Instead, when you place an order, in-store staff will call and/or email you within one hour (if you order during open hours) to confirm your order details.

If you would like to pay online, we will then send you an invoice via email which you can pay via secure server.

Feel free to just load up a cart with items you have questions about, then when we call, you can use that opportunity to fine-tune the order and get any questions you have about the various items answered.
